Passing by a bit~
Underestimated demand? Of course!
With all the bashing and trolls? Why wouldn’t they underestimate the demand? As much as I want to keep my a700, if I have to pick one out of the two for my walks, I’d have to take a77.
Have-to-hold-temptation-to-buy-NEX-7-as-soon-as-it-comes-out. *saves money until then*

There should be better rumors closer to the FF launch date
Right now even Sony is keeping both public appearances and operation strategy to remedy their production lines. Sieving lens/camera rumors through those is not easy. Other than delayed launch dates, I don’t see many possible good rumors coming up before FF – but [...] -

The last answer was it’s made in Japan.
Please answer the next person who ask this question for the umpteenth time. -

It’s possible. Their equipments are damaged. However, the focus is in A65 and NEX 7. May be because A77 started production earlier than A65/NEX 7 and has some limited storage somewhere waiting for distribution.
Just predicting, yes it might be halted. -

Unfortunately press != production start. And the 260,000 is an estimated average. It’s possible that they’ve made 260,000 cameras sitting in the warehouse @ Thailand – but that’s just a possibility.
Yes, it’s possible that’s in storage somewhere in the world. No, it’s not certain. -

You can complain all you want, but SLR is a step back for Sony
Proof is there – they can make sensors, but Nikon make better cameras using their sensors. When you can’t win the war at one location, attack it from a weaker point somewhere else

“Note to Sony: If you want to be the best, learn to satisfy every niche of the market.” – It has been proven that this does not do as well in the market. Especially in this economy crisis. You have to focus on a certain segment in the market. Previously, competition is great, everyone tries [...]
