any news about the fw update for nex-7? i hope there is an real improvement in bracketing feature because right now its useless.

its nice that sony try to improve af performance, but i hoped that they will improve other features like ae bracketing as well. atleast on the nex-7 they have to improve it.

i find it useful! in fact there is no battery grip from sony so this is an welcome part. i will buy one.

what i like the most are these two:

91K-pixel RGB sensor
wireless functions via wt-5a – copy images or even control whole camera wirelessly

Adobe released camera raw 6.6 and lightroom 3.6 final with support for sony nex-7. now i only need the camera

i spoke to a sony salesman at a so called photo roadshow here in hamburg germany. there is an g zoom coming next year for sure but no nex-7 this year

i got in contact with the ebaydealer and asked him about the availability time. he then told that just now sony got in touch with them and told them that sony doesnt have an release date because of the flood. he is very sorry to disappoint me but theres no other news.

aaah i just cant wait any longer – i want this camera now! togheter with the 50mm f1.8 lens- please sony hurry

this will be my new e-mount lens for sure! unfortunately it will mostly arrive around decembre which is a little late. so first the nex 7 in novembre then the 50m f1.8 lens – yes

I dont think so. Enough People complaint about the Lack of a useful bracketing Feature in the First nex Series and Sony did Not fixed it with an fw Update. A Sales man from Sony told me that they will Not Adress this issue with an Update because Sony believes that their Build in HDR [...]

As a NEX5 User i find the “AE Bracketing” Feature also very disappointing. I too hoped for an increased bracket feature – just like nikon or canon do for a long time now. but i can live without it – right now i use the manual mode and get the results i desire. i will [...]

Nice find! but im still more interessted in nex7. im still hoping its af speed is much increased as stated in previous post´s here on sar. it would be a shame to have an high class ilc modell with same af speed as the old nex series. i tested the e-p3 and the af speed [...]
