Ming Thein explains why the A7rII seems to be the best camera for the new Milvus line:

Much has been said about manual focus, and I agree with the current state of DSLR viewfinders, it’s not very practical in the field. Sony has solved this problem for us to some extent with the A7RII. Live view magnification and the stabiliser extend the working envelope of the Otuses – and any MF lenses – enormously.
