DPReview TV: High resolution mirrorless cameras compared

Share

DPReview TV:

What’s the best high resolution mirrorless camera? We compare the Canon EOS R5, Sony a7R IV, Nikon Z7 II and Panasonic S1R to find out. Learn which high resolution camera is best for you!

Basically they place the R5 and A7rIV on top. Consider the fact the Sony is an older camera and that we have to expect Sony to add some new great features on the future A7rV.

WILD RUMOR: New Sony camera announcement in mid February?

Share

I now got a first (still to be double checked) rumor about a Sony camera announcement in mid February.

Reminder: Sony registered three cameras and one mic in Asia. We should get this stuff within the next 1-2 months:

  1. A new camera with the code “WW186333” (no 5Ghx Wifi which suggests this might be an RX camera or entry level camcorder)
  2. A second new camera with the code “WW728473”
  3. A third new camera with the code “WW111327”
  4. Sony also registered a new wireless microphone

If you happen to know anything solid about the mid February announcement drop me a message at sonyalpharumors@gmail.com or use this anonymous contact form (please use a nickname so that I can recognize you in future).
