6 months ago |Usually kits like that seem to be slow memory cards, second rate batteries, etc. But this Adorama on appears to be stuff that I would actually want! Nice.

6 months ago |Meanwhile down under…Sales guy in major Australian retailer Harvey Norman, told me they will not stock RX1 because of limited demand compared to other cams. I suspect its more about limited markup / profit. Here in Australia, the only source of supply I can see is Sony Store, and they want full $2999 AUD retail and have no stock. Might be waiting a while for a price drop.
As a registered Sony customer they sent me a Xmas coupon worth $100 AUD so rather than waste it I have an RX1 on backorder. : – )
