3 years ago |WTF with artaphot comparison? He used JPEG instead RAW, using DRO lv. 4 which introduces noice, and upsampling A700 image to 24MP? That was not a fair comparison!

3 years ago |Correction : There will be double lens package (NEX5DB.CEE5 for UE), and price is 750 EUR. Starting June 10th, maybe 11th.
Sony Style (in store) gives 50 EUR promo for any accessory buy at the same time (only for pre-orders : optical viewfinder, battery, lens adaptator, etc…)
So NEX-5 + 18-55mm + 16mm + second battery = 780 EUR

3 years ago |@Abi: That’s what I thought as well. Upsampling 12mp to 24mp and then saying: “Look how wonderfull the detail of the fullframe 24mp camera is!” Well duh.
Correction: I can’t find it either. (sonystyle.nl)
The camera will be delivered mid-june.
But, that’s NEX-5 + 18-55mm + 16mm + second battery = 980 EUR
I’ll wait for online retailers…
Fortunately I have untill the end of juli.

But to be fair, if the picture is representative for the authors kind of photography, it makes total sense.
