(SR3) Sony to show only mockups of the mirrorless cameras?
One source told me that the mirrorless camera will be shown as mockups only! So no real cmaeras yet. That’s disappoing guys. If that rumor is true we will have to wait months

2 years ago |Hi, Andrea, We’ll know within a few hours, but what you’ve now heard is what Thom Hogan said in a post on DPR on the 15th, I believe. He said that the E-mount cameras weren’t ready yet. But we’ve had indications of beta testers, and, even if it’s true, I don’t think we’ll have to wait terribly long. One poster said that Sony plans to make further announcements at CP+ in Yokohama on March 11. That’s less than three weeks away now. But I have to admit that Hogan said in the fall that he didn’t expect Sony’s challenge to Panasonic to arrive until Photokina. In any case, by then Sony’s offerings in the field should be pretty robust.

2 years ago |Hi Dulaney! i don’t understand why Sony should show mockups if the cameras would be ready now. I hope today Sony will surprise me/us and say that it will not take long until we can buy one of the NEX cameras.
