(SR5) Tons of new leaks: Sony A35 and NEX-C3 manual. Sony 30mm macro for NEX priced at 259 Euro!

What a day! Thanks to the help of our readers we found many new leaks on Sony websites! Let’s make a summary of all of them:
1) The Sony NEX-C3 czech manual is available for download here: http://sony.zstudio.cz/PERSONAL_VIDEO_FOTO-VIDEO/NEX-C3. You need a username and password to enter. But the most surprising thing here is that the czech Sony website shows you the username and password you have to use! Check: http://www.sony.cz/article/id/1091522716812. I repeat those are all official Sony sites, there is no hacking here!
2) Also the SLT-A35 czech manual is available for download here: http://sony.zstudio.cz/PERSONAL_VIDEO_FOTO-VIDEO/SLT-A35.
3) Sony Service Canada does list the new NEX-C3 and A35 cameras + the new Sony 30mm f/3.5 macro lens for E-mount.
4) And the french store Camara.fr does list the 30mm lens priced at 259 Euro!
Sounds like we are going to see that stuff soon in our stores! A special thanks goes to all SAR readers that are collecting and sending the leaks!

2 years ago |The NEX-C3 and A35 are great and all, but where’s the A77?! Ha. I am getting impatient with all the waiting.
By the way, in the number 2 section I believe you mistakenly wrote NEX-A35.

2 years ago |At a glance, it seems that a NEX-3 with the new firmware will be on par with the NEX-C3, except for the sensor of course. NEX-5 will keep having its advantages, despite the lower resolution. I’m curious to see how it will be priced with respect to the NEX-5. I have a NEX-3 and I see no reasons to upgrade.

2 years ago |Hmmm… the A35 looks like a downgrade in many ways compared to the A33. I guess the A33 was “too good” compared to the A55, so too many people bought the A33 instead of the A55, so Sony made sure the A35 wasn’t going to be too competitive… bleh…
Anony
2 years ago |Sadly, it does seem like a downgrade.

Further snooping reveals a
SAL1024 ZZ 10-24mm F3.5-4.5 Lens DI-R 24 months NOT AVAILABLE
Is this a deleted product – has sony ever done a 10-24mm? Or perhaps a rebadged / restyled tamron wide angle perhaps?

2 years ago |Better sensor, reduction of overheating, better battery life. All these seem pretty reasonable improvments.
The rumor that the A35 just introduced “minor” bug fixes was off the mark I would say.

2 years ago |Thanks everyone for translating. I’m very disappointed to hear that there’s no swivel screen
mochapaulo
2 years ago |It is really strange! The leak picture did shown the screen is swivel.
mochapaulo
2 years ago |If you have downloaded the manual, page 9 has shown the graphic of adjusting the angle. There is no way without the swivel screen. Otherwise, that’s meaningless to make the NEX system.
GH
2 years ago |I think they’re referring to the A35, not the NEX-C3
Joey
2 years ago |Only question I have is how long I have to wait to get one. Two of the major things that had me on the fence have now been eliminated- battery life and heating up after a relatively short period of time with stabilization turned on.
I’ll give up the swivel screen for those two features which are a big improvement IMO.
I’m assuming it will use the same mount. I might pick up the 35mm1.8 while waiting for the body to become available in the states.
Man this wait is gonna kill me.

2 years ago |Is it really f3.5? Oh my … Yesterday I was really happy to hear a cheap macro lens is coming, but at f3.5 I’m not sure I’ll buy it. I hoped it would be at least f2.0 and has relatively good image quality – even if the price would be a bit higher.
And why 30mm? Wouldn’t it be better to start with 50 – 80mm for the first E-Mount macro?
