Jobe:I work for http://www.deandigital.com and we did a shoot with the a7R for Coke//Mello Yellow. He has also been picked up by Vanguard who recently ran a nice little article about the shoot and using the tripods. Figured you might be interested as all of this was shot on Sony’s and occasionally the chatter about real pro’s, and all that. Well, Floyd has been shooting commercially for 30yrs, I’ve chosen to work for him because he is about as real as it gets. Here is a link to the article, http://www.vanguardworld.com/photo_video/2016/02/03/7922/

Zarif:I follow your rumors alot and would love if you guys can share my video about fixing a strap problem with the a6000 or the a7 line of cameras. I really want to get it out there, i believe it will help a lot of people. The video is here – https://youtu.be/BuAOX2dbLFo

Matt Granger explains why he had to ditch Sony to get back to Nikon: Please Sony managers do listen!

Matt Granger had to give up the professional use of his Sony E-mount gear. The cause is the terrible Sony PRO service which by now is known to be by far not as good as Nikon and Canon services. I do hope that by posting this video Sony managers will recognize they have to quickly address the issue. Please Sony bring us Matt back by offering a serious non-outsourced and personal PRO service!

Note: In the past year I got many similar reports from all over the world. This is not an Australia issue only…

Thanks Ori and Matt for sharing this!

New Sony QX patent (but will Sony continue to launch QX products?)

[shoplink 45779 ebay]SonyQX[/shoplink]

I am not sure Sony will keep pushing the [shoplink 45779 ebay]QX idea[/shoplink]. We haven’t seen any updated on those cameras lately and I don’t think the [shoplink 45780 ebay]Sony QX1 E-mount[/shoplink] sales are going fine neither. Anyway, seems like Sony is still working on improving the QX concept. Egami spotted that patent showing a new way to attach the QX camera on mobile devices.

But the question right now is if Sony will ever release a new QX camera or not. So that we can keep having fun with this kind of setups…LOL:

I actually wanted to see if you guys could post this on your website because I’ve just started my campaign for an extremely important project on intolerance in Brazil called “Some kind of hatred”. Brazil was always associated with heartwarming, welcoming people, but progressively this great nation is becoming scarred but acts of incredible intolerance and hatred. I’ve left Brazil when I was 11 years old and I came back 23 years later only to find a country I no longer recognize. This is a documentary that Brazil desperately needs! Please take 5 minutes to read about it in our campaign page: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/some-kind-of-hatred/x/13352131#/
