Meike battery grip officially compatible with the A7III (and future A7sIII they say)

As reported on Amazon US their MK-A9 battery grip is officially compatible with the new Sony A7III. In their text they claim it will be compatible with the A7sIII too. They probably made a wild guess :)

Also the original A9 Easycover is officially compatible with the A7III. You can buy it at Amazon, BHphoto, Adorama.
