Unless you’re willing to wait two months (!), I wouldn’t preorder the Sony A7V bundled with the new Sony FE 28–70mm f/3.5–5.6 OSS II, as that lens won’t be available until February 16.
What’s new on this lens? Sony issued a vague press release:

There are no optical improvements on this lens. What has improved is the speed o the lens that now fully supports 120fps.
