I got first hints about two possible major Sony announcements. With “major” I mean cameras that are High End. A trusted source told me Sony reserved two time slots for those announcements but I don’t know yet what we will get.
First let’s talk about the cameras we know are (or are not) coming:
- ZV-E10 successor is coming this Spring
- new FX camera coming soon too
- NO Sony A1 successor coming this year
- NO Sony A7IV successor coming this year
So based on the little I know we can speculate what those two cameras will be:
- Sony A7sIII successor
- Sony RX1 successor
- Something completely new like a medium format camera
- Something less exciting for the masses like a High end FX camera model or so…
What do you hope to get? I bet on the A7sIV and a new RX model….but I might be wrong…
