Design of the 400-800mm lens
A newly patented Sigma patent discloses the design of three Full Frame zoom lenses. One design is for the newly launched 300-600mm f/4.0 lens. The other two designs are for the:
- 400-800mm f/8 (total length of the lens is 447mm)
- 180-800mm f/5.8-8.4 (total length of the lens is 478mm)
That 180-800mm FF lens definitely looks intriguing. Do you think Sigma should bring this to market?
