Dpreview posted their full Sony RX1RIi review:

In real-world use, the RX1R II does have its frustrations. The dials are great, but the buttons are mushy. The thumb grip makes the camera comfortable to hold, but it’s expensive and gets in the way of some vital controls. A camera body so small and so pocketable encourages run-and-gun, hand-holdable shooting, but trying to get 42MP of sharpness dictates careful application of shooting technique, and maybe even a tripod. And the compactness of that body is somewhat tempered by the need to carry a pocket full of batteries on colder days.
But there’s still only one ‘world’s smallest full-frame digital camera.’ And if you can look past its shortcomings, the Sony RX1R II is capable of absolutely stellar images and can travel with you just about anywhere.
