Sony confirms the Kumamoto negative impact will end in late October

The Sony A7 camera series is back in Stock in almost all US and EU stores. I guess this means the Kumamoto negative impact on the camera shipments is almost over. Just recently Sony manager Kimio Maki told at Amateur Photographer:

The situation is getting better. With regard to returning to normal, we’re expecting that this will be the case by the end of October.”

And Reuters reports another good news:

Ueda said combined monthly production would rise in the second half of this business year from 70,000 wafers at present to 73,000 wafers – full capacity at Sony’s five image sensor plants. The figure excludes outsourced production.
