They allow access to all camera wheels and buttons
Have one for my G10
Had a leak at the shutter release button no damage to camera, why?
I take the housing with a weight in it on the first dive, work all buttons and wheels
If there’s no leak, on the second dive the camera goes in and does’t come out until I finish all my dives 8 to 10 dives 4-5 days.
If any of you are looking for a housing get a clear one that way you can see the leak
Take a black housing down you don’t know you have a leak until your camera stops working And after the dive you open it and it’s full of water, seen it happen.
