Fuji just announced the new GFX100II (preorders at BHphoto, Amazon, Adorama). A full intro text can be read at Explora. The camera uses a NEW Sony 102MP medium format sensor.
You know I am a big believer in Sony also doing a medium format camera. I believe there is a market for that and Sony has some amazing medium format sensor (even bigger in size) they could use. Fingers crossed Sony will learn from Fuji’s success and offer a competitor in the years to come…
Today Sony will announce the new Burano Full Frame E-mount CineAlta camera. It will be interesting to see what new sensor tech Sony has developed for this camera.
