I can now add one more solid rumors: full frame 4k30 video is over sampled from 7K

Sony A7IV rumored specs:

• launch in October (if chip supply permits this)
• Newly developed 33MP sensor
• 4k30 video is oversampled from 7K
• 5.5 stops of IBIS (+ AS)

So we got three new items coming the next week and months:

1. The new Sony A7IV should be the next FF camera to be announced in late October
2. The new Sony 28-75mm f/2.8 G to compete against the Tamron 28-75mm FE and Sigma 28-70mm FE.
3. New 28-75mm f/2.8 FE and a new 100mm f/1.4 GM?

No info on the other cameras and lenses yet…

Sigma officially launched their teaser for a September 9 announcement. We already know they will unveil the new 24mm f/2.0 and 90mm f/2.8 FE lenses :)

Much of sports, action, and performance photography happens under less than ideal lighting and so f/2.8 lenses are still needed to capture quality images in these situations. As it stands now, there are only two lenses that are f/2.8 for this purpose, the FE70-200mm f/2.8 GM and the FE400mm f/2.8GM lenses. This video is a formal request asking Sony to produce a 300mm f/2.8 prime lens ASAP.
