I am on holiday in Tropea (sunset image on top from my IG account). I didn’t plan to post new rumors this week but truth to be told I strange.y enough got REALIBALE rumors from three trusted sources. I figured I had to take some time off to tell you a bit more about the next threes Full Frame cameras. Stay tuned for my video below (and subscribe my youtube channel):
On July 12 Sony will announce the new A6700. After that we will get three new Full Frame E-mount cameras within 4-5 months! One of them is the Sony A9III which sources told me will have the fastest autofocus, fastest readout, fastest fps of all mirrorless cameras on market now!
I still got no final specs, but my trusted sources are slowly starting to talk more about this camera :)
The same source that shared the Sigma 14mm f/1.4 images told me that while he is not 100% sure yet, he “heard” the Sigma might be even a bit cheaper than the current Sony 14mm f/1.8 GM lens. Now that would be good news!
One the other hand another source that is testing the lens said the lens isn’t really super sharp wide open. So Astrophotographers might be a bit disappointed. Let’s hope this tester is wrong and he might didn’t get a 100% good copy!

And a reader made me notice something I missed:
Just a quick one to point out that the rumored size of the A6700 matches the dimensions of the A7C body. 4mm taller, 3mm deeper (not including grip protrusion). Exactly the same size as the existing A7C body.
