I have been told the Sony A7rrV will have the same (or similar) heat sink design of the Sony A7sIII. This will allow the A7rV to record 8k videos up to 30minutes.

Sony A7rV specs:

• Same 61MP sensor because all the power goes to the new processor.
• TOTALLY New Autofocus system with AI deep learning
• 8k 24p (cropped)
• 4k60p 4k24p (full read out)
• heat sink design of the Sony A7sIII (up to 30min 8K recording without overheating)
• S cinetone is available
• 8 stop IBIS (unclear yet if “native” or with “gyro data”)
• Body looks like a mix between the Sony A7sIII and Sony A7IV.

I have just been told that a third party manufacturer will announce a new E-mount lens on Friday Oct 14th. got no specs to share yet…

UPDATE: The A7rV specs and image shared by another website are completely FAKE!

Tomorrow Sony will announce the new Sony ZV-1F compact camera. Here are the specs:

• 20mm f/2.0 lens
• new menu
• USB-C charging
• jpg only
• 4k 24p
• 1080p 60p
• new icons on the full touch screen
• tiny machine aimed fully at vloggers

Important note: There has been a misunderstanding with a source and the sensor of the A7rV has the SAME resolution as the previous A7rIV.

EVEN MOREI MPORTANT: I got the specs and some are very exciting! Stay tuned for more rumors ;)

Like I told you, we will get a new ZV camera. The only uprise is that it is coming on October 13 and not on October 12 (which was my guess because Sony often announces stuff on Wednesday).

Known ZV info:

• this is basically a ZV-1 with a 20mm fixed lens
• It has a 20MP sensor (don’t know yet if it’s the same as the one of the ZV-1 or an updated version).
