David Lynch’s Sony A7r and A7s cameras and lenses were sold at auction for $9,100

The famous filmmaker David Lynch passed away five months ago. His family decided to sell his Sony equipment with a starting bid of $150. The entire package was sold for $9,100. It included:

Sony A7R (Serial No. 3392953) with FE 2/28 49mm lens, and a Sony A7S (Serial No. 3375970) with FE 4/24-70 67mm lens (Serial No. 0304706) in the same carrying case. The carrying case contains additional accessories including two battery packs – a Sony NP-FW50 and a comparable one that is ProMaster brand – and two Sony BC-VW1 battery chargers, a Sony ECM-GZ1M gunzoom microphone, a Rode VideoMicro microphone, a Sony HVL-F7S flash, and more. The cameras do power on and appear to be operational.

Sony E-mount Lens (Serial No. 1811571 / Model No. SEL2470GM) FE 2.8/24-70 GM 82 0.38m/1.25 ft, and Lensbaby Velvet Lens 58mm f/1.6 with Hoya NXT HNMC UV 62mm filter in the same carrying case.
