Sidney Diongzon: “Dear Sony Please Add THESE 3 Features to the Sony A7V”

Sidney Diongzon would like the Sony A7V to include the following new features:

  • Audio-only recording mode with 32-bit float audio — allows recording just audio in-camera without video, useful for voiceovers and maintaining consistent sound without external recorders.
  • Larger, higher-quality 4-inch screen — similar to the Nikon ZR display, combined with Sony’s four-axis flippy-tilt mechanism, ideally OLED or using Bravia display technology for better color and brightness.
  • Built-in internal memory (64 GB–128 GB) — provides backup or emergency storage when SD cards are full or forgotten, and can be used for reference photos or videos.

I am 99,999% certain none of these will make it into the Sony A7V…but maybe on cameras coming  in 1-2 years from now this would make sense?
