The A850 is a FF camera, so it’ll need more expensive lenses, but also, better image quality. The A77 on the other hand is an APS-C camera, so it can use non-FF lenses, has a higher burst rate, and video capabilities. I think that really depends on what kind of photographer you are. A77 for sports and wildlife, A850 for more controllable invironments and higher Image Quality.
