(UPDATED) The difference between Sony 36 Megapixel with and with modified AA filter

DxOmark (Click here) now posted the full results of the Nikon D800E which still has an anti aliasing filter but uses a second layer of the LPF to undo the effects of the first (Unlike the similar Nikon D800). As you know (and Nikon doesn’t tell you) both use the Sony 36 Megapixels sensor which will very likely used by a new Full Frame camera in 2013. Dxo writes: “The Nikon D800E received an overall DxOMark score of 96 points, making it the best camera ever tested at DxOMark. It edged out the D800 by a single point.”

12 months ago |Believe me: DxO mark is totally useless and a waste of time! Why buying a 36 MP camera when you print it afterwards the size of a goddamn stamp??? This is roughly what the stupid DxO procedure looks like. Additionally, most of the people forget that this stupid test procedure is just for the sensor of a camera! Functionality, autofocus, robustness etc. are not taken into account. Instead of using such an old fashiond test method they should rather develop a useful test method… DPreviews results on the other hand can be trusted; they know what they are talking about and what really matters to a photog. Sorry DxO but you are useless in my eyes…
