The Canon and Nikon mount version of the Tamron SP 15-30mm f/2.8 lens is 140,000 yen (excluding tax). Release Date: December 25. The A-mount version will be released later (no date defined yet). Source: Tamron Japan.

Unfortunately, production of the 24-105mm has been halted in all mounts.  It was originally supposed to be released for Sony this month, but now production is on an indefinite hold.  I will save your e-mail address and get back to you when we know more.

The Dutch Store DeWinkel (found via DL) listed the first price info for the new Tamron SP 15-30mm f/2.8 lens. The US price still has not been unveiled at BHphoto (it’s listed with no preorder option). If the price info from the Dutch Store is real that’s quite cheaper than the 2.089 Euro you have to pay for the 16-35mm Zeiss A-mount lens at Sony Germany.
