Official: Sony registered a new camera! Coming soon!

Sony officially registered a new camera in China. This means a new model will be announced very soon (within 1-2 months). I told you today that Sony willannounce a new 50mm GM on February 21 and another “product” in March. So I guess this confirms it ;)

Finally I got a date: Sony will have a new product announcement event on February 21. What to expect:

Something different: Sony Xperia 1 V leaked

End of this month Sony might announce the new Xperia 1 V. What you learn from this image:

  • ToF camera and the RGB IR sensor are gone
  • Looks like the image sensor are bigger than on the predeccessor
  • The lens on the bottom is a periscope camera
