Hans:The new Metabones EF to Nex adapter has a fine feature: you can use your Sony extenders 1.4x and 2x with Canon lenses. Here in this Flickr album https://flic.kr/s/aHsm1aKged are some samples with the EF 500mm f4 Mark II and Sony extenders. I used the Zeiss 135mm f2 ZE with both extenders also. The bussards are croped, distance was around 150 meters. Others are full frame. You have some vignetting, but who cares?
