At the NEC show in Birmingham Sony displayed the new wireless flash system. You can see the images at Photographyblog. Sony did yet not disclose the pricing of the new flash. But they said they will ship it this Summer.

I reported yesterday that there is one advertisers not respecting the google adsense rules. This leads to redirects on mobile browsers where you see unallowed and offensive ads. Google asked me to help them out to catch the advertisers. The issue happens only in some countries like USA and UK. And it doesn’t happen in the country where I am located right now. That’s why I need some experienced techfreaks SAR readers that currently see those redirects on their mobile devices. If you could help me out by dong this:
As soon as I have them I will block the advertiser
To all readers:
This morning I removed all ads from mobile devices to get rid of the redirects. I will now have to activate those ADS again so that we can catch that annoying advertiser. Once we got them I will let you know who it was! But in the meantime sorry if you have those annoying ads again.

Yuri: “I’m Yuri from Switzerland 17 year old. Last summer I discovered my fascination for astrophotography. For four months, I captured the beauty of night sky in Switzerland with the Sony a7s. The result of my journey is a six minute long time-lapse movie.
I hope you like it and I’ll be more than happy if you post it on your inspirational website!
Here is the link to my movie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tvOog2A6xCk”
Christopher: “http://yannickkhong.com/blog/2016/2/23/the-problem-with-modern-optics. I’ve followed and enjoyed your blog for the past year and as I’ve been working with my A7RII and a few sony lenses I’ve been struck by it’s lack of life and skinniness that just don’t feel as good as my previous cameras (other things I absolutely love about this camera though, I can handhold and film with a 200mm!). The above is a good take on how to look at what is a good lens vs just what the numbers say and something I find is a bit lacking in most discussion. Thought you’d enjoy it.”
Lately some of you experienced annoying pop up ads issues or redirects on the mobile version of SonyAlphaRumors. I have google adsense advertising running on SAR and it appears some advertiser is not respecting the rules of google. I asked google what to do and I need your help to fix this. If you happen to see such an advertising please send me the following info at sonyalpharumors@gmail.com:
Screenshot of the SAR site showing the displayed ads on the site (because google believes one of those ads has a “hidden” redirecting code to the pop up advertisers
Country where you are surfing form (for example UK or USA)
As there seems to be multiple redirects before the pop up comes send me (if possible) the chronology showing the various redirects
Also please try to clear the mobile browser cache to see if that fixes the issue.
Eventually send me the html code of the SAR site when these redirects do happen.
I hope with your help that google can fix this soon. Thanks!
