Meyer Goerlitz successfully founded the lens project via Kickstarter. Now you can preorder the lens at meyer-optik-goerlitz.com/kickstarter_trioplan/. It costs 1399 Euro and will ship in February. Not really a cheap lens. But the lens is said to give you an extreme and unique bubble effect like this:
The Japanese site Egami found a new Konica-Minolta lens design patent that could make current A5/6000 camera owners jump of their chair (if it’s going to be made for real!). This is a 18-35mm f/2.0-2.8 APS-C lens for mirrorless system. Konica-Minolta is known for selling their lens design to third-party companies. And it would be amazing if we would get such a fast zoom lens for E-mount!
Of course it’s just a patent for now but it’s about time for Sony-Zeiss to release a fast zoom for APS-C E-mount camera owners!
Metabones adapter are very good and also expensive. So if you are on budget this test is for you: Pdrphoto posted an interesting Commlite vs Fotodiox adapter autofocus comparison on SonyAlphaForum. What adapter works best on the new Sony A7rII?

Kerrin: “I thought you’d be interested in how the new 90mm Macro lens does with the FS7 and A7s in (mostly) 4K while following around some insects for a few days. Definitely a gorgeous lens that is very sharp. I also used it for full portraits of my family and it perfect for that as well. https://vimeo.com/136656424”
Sebastian: “I tested out the HFS a bit on the weekend and here are results. In case you will post some more samples. https://vimeo.com/137271489”
The Sony A7R II certainly succeeds in its attempt to turn the heads of DSLR owners. It won’t satisfy the needs of professional sports shooters, the menu system isn’t as refined as the competition, and some people will still put their trust (however blindly) in a more conventional DSLR, but the A7R II is a undoubtedly a break-through camera for Sony, both in terms of the promises that it makes, and the realisation of those promises…
The French site Focus Numerique compared the A7rII against the Canon 5DsR. And the A7rII is the winner with the Canon 5Dsr beating the A7rII only when it comes to sports photography.
