And if that happens it will surely use that great new Sony 50MP sensor used by the recently newly announced Phase One, Pentax and Hasselblad cameras. Serious A7s long exposure test shows hot spots (with NR off).

SAR reader Eric Lo shared this A7s long exposure test. It shows the many hot spots you can see if you switch off the Long exposure NR reduction. We don’t know the reason why you have much more of them compared to the A7r. Anyway, the good news is that with Long Exposure NR on things look pretty good.
