The new 7Artisan 60mm f/2.8 Macro II APS-C E-mount lens is now available at Amazon US, Amazon DE, Amazon UK.

SonyAlphablog published the full lens review and concluded:

The 7 Artisans II is a significant upgrade from the 7Artisans 60mm F2.8 Macro in term of ergonomics, color rendition, level of Ca and flare but not very much in term of sharpness. Globally results are very good in macro but a bit less for portraits. The build quality is good and the lens is quite light. Price is very reasonable. The main drawback is the focusing ring that has only 10° between 1m and infinity
