Sony A9 firmware update shows weird stuff….a bug or a list of features of the new Sony A7sIII?

Alin Popescu (and a couple of other SAR readers) noticed some weird stuff added by Sony with the latest Sony A9 firmware update. Among there is one that particularly intrigues me. There is a new 500fps Frame Rate option. Alin writes:

When pressing the FN button some strange features appeared in place of other settings I had previously setup. If I try to change those into the menu, Quality appears in their place

IS this a weird bug or did Sony add some menu options for the soon to be announced new Sony A7sIII?
