Finally Amazon has the NEX-3 available for preorder (via third-party). The bad news is that it says that NEX-3 NEX will be in Stock on June 30 :(

Accoding to BHphoto the approx. arrival is June.

Adorama is a little bit more pessimistic…Delivery scheduled to start end of July 2010!

Amazon Germany says that NEX cameras will be in Stock in 1-2 months
