Nokishita reports that Sony registered two new cameras with the following codes:
And we know that one of those new cameras is for sure a new E-mount FF camera. Usually it takes 1-2 months after registration before the camera gets officially announced. As I reported before the new Sony FF E-mount camera is a high speed camera which means: Fastest AF of all E-mount cameras to date, around 20fps, low resolution sensor, dual SD card, unlimited RAW burst recording. It will probably a new “A7” kind of camera.
It’s yet unclear what the other camera might be but I guess it’s a fixed lens camera (probably a new RX?).
Readers should really follow our RSS feed, follow us on Facebook and Twitter if they don’t want to miss the Sony April news. And if you heard “something” about the new camera contact me at email@example.com or use the contact form you see on the right top of this site. Thanks!
