Techart updated their [shoplink 39860 ebay]Contax G to E-mount autofocus adapter[/shoplink] firmware to support the full 399 phase detection autofocus system of the new Sony A7rII. You can get it here:

Chad Wadsworth already tested the new version and there is on bad and one good news:
Bad news:I’ve found that when attempting focus at the minimum focus distance (MFD) of each lens, the adapter will hunt badly and worse, slip into a contrast detection mode that will continue to hunt when focused at longer distances.
Good news:On the upside, the 90/2.8 is very fast to focus – as fast as my Batis 85/1.8 and is sure footed, finding focus in situations where even the Batis struggled. Truly remarkable.
