Good news from the August CIPA report: System camera shipments increased by 26,5% compared to last year
The latest CIPA report confirms the stabilizing trend of the market. Actually in August Japanese companies shipped 26,5% more cameras compared to last year. In terms of value the increase was 71%. This confirms that it’s the higher end market that still sells well. Luckily for us Sony will soon unveil the A7rV (Oct 26). And this camera might boost sales further!
