CameraBeta reports that the lens will cost $349, with a 3-day pre-sale from the 10th-12th for $315. He also writes (Google translated):
Laowa yet-to-be-officially-released ultra-wide CF 8-16mm F3.5-5.0 C-Dreamer lens has arrived in an open box.
The new head still follows the design of the old Laowa Dreamer series, with a blue ring and all-metal, very solid materials.
The lens body provides a focus ring, zoom ring and aperture ring, according to the function of the ring is different, also provides different damping design, the focus ring adopts a small damping, convenient for fine-tuning, and afraid of accidental contact with the aperture ring, is to provide a larger damping.
Taking into account the needs of video users, the Click switch is provided on the lens body, which can be switched between stepped and stepless, which has basically become the design standard of the old Laowa lens.
Because it is an ultra-wide-angle zoom lens, the front lens group adopts a “bulb” design, the protruding front lens group will lead to the inability to use filters directly, but as a deep-rooted in the field of ultra-wide Old Laowa for many years, naturally, it is taken into account, with the lens comes with a connecting ring, you can connect to the front of the 86mm filters, the installation is very convenient, suitable for landscape photographers with the 86mm filters. It is very convenient for landscape photographers to use with filters.
The new head is suitable for APS-C format models and will be available in Sony E, Fujifilm X, Nikon Z, Canon RF and EF-M mount versions with pure manual focus.
It adopts 12 groups and 16 blades optical structure, the closest focusing distance is 0.2 meters, the filter interface is 86mm, size: 88.4 x 88.53mm, weight about 463g. put away

As soon as I have more I will update you…in the meantime what do you think this second camera model will be?
