Yes, what you see here on top is really a “virtual camera” created by Sony. There is a real time generated world that appears on the screen and the camera operator can move around and see what he is recording. In future might offer you a Sony Alpha camera-less camera to shoot your movies :)

So my previous rumors on this actually turned out to be true: DJI and Panasonic today officially announced a partnership around Lidar autofocus technology. There is no real product announcement or clear indication about what to expect. But on images you can see a Lidar system mounted on the hot shoe. I wonder if this will outperform the current excellent Sony AF system…
A Chinese source (Alex NG) shared the first images of the A7cII. I am not yet 100% sure if this is the real deal but my guts tell me this is the real deal. he also shared some spec (don’t know if these are his guess or part of the “leak”):
33MP sensor (same of the A7IV)
Bionz XR, AI processor
5 stops IBIS
10fps
100-51200 ISO
10 bit 4k60p, S-Cinetone
2,36 milion dot EVF
3 inch LCD screen
759 AF points
Lens breathing compensation
