Zarif: “If your like me who does both photo and video work, and likes having the strap on you’ll realized that the strap makes noisy which gets picked up by the in-camera mic. To solve the issue I used rubber ear buds,which go in between the rings and the body of the camera, holding the ring in place. I have also added latches to quickly take of the straps, to use it on a rig or just use it without any strap. Here are some amazon links –

As you know Samyang promised to announces a new lens every Monday. Well yesterday’s announcement was underwhelming as they basically re-annnounced the Samyang 50mm f/1.4 AF lens for the Sony E-mount. The only real additional news is that the price in Europe will be 580 Euro (Soruce: Photoscala).
Reminder: The new Samyang 50mm f/1.4 FE autofocus lens is now available for preorder through BHphoto (Click here). Note that it’s branded Rokinon in USA and Wallimex in Germany-UK.
