We got two new camera/digital backs with 50MP Sony sensor inside:
1) Hasselblad announced the H5X (Website here).
2) Mamiya announced the Leaf Credo 50 (Website here / preorder at BHphoto).
Now the full medium format market uses Sony sensors! And that happened just like that…with one single 50MP Cmos sensor from Sony. Amazing.
Press 1: On Friday Sony will announce the new 4K camcorder leaked last week. They may show the 2500 Euro expensive 28-135mm f/4.0 powerzoom too.
Press 2: The next press conference follows on Monday Sept 15 at 16:00 Berlin time. That’s when we will get the other new A and E-mount lenses like the 35 1.4(G/ZA) and 70-300G II A-mount and the 16-35mm FE and 90mm macro FE lens. Also an updated FE lens roadmap with 85mm lens included for 2015 release. Where I am still not 100% sure yet is the camera list. Best candidates are the A99II and new RX camera. But the bigger news is coming after Photokina and about that I will write and publish a post soon!

Current E-Mount camera owners can now buy thet $4490 or expensive and worldìs best lens ever Zeiss Otus 85mm f/1.4. The lens can be preorderd at BHphoto with Nikon mount (Click here) or Canon mount (Click here) version. There is no plan to make an A-mount version of this lens. But the lens will be perfect for those A7 camera owners that want to get the most out of their cameras!

Nikkei reports that Sony will announce a new BSI sensor 10 times as sensitive than the previous generation. The sensor suits perfectly for security cameras and capable of shooting subjects in an environment with an illuminance of zero lux! Another interesting feature that we may see in photography cameras is that one:
Moreover, the cameras synthesize two images taken at different shutter speeds for the same frame and, therefore, can take images by preventing blown out highlights and crushed blacks.

Sigma Japan officially announced the new 18-300mm f/3.5-6.3 DC Macro OS HSM APS-C A-mount lens. Price is 60.000 ¥ (around $570).
Sigma announced the new 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM weather sealed Sport zoom! For now it’s available for Canon/Nikon/Sigma only but Sony A-mount version is expected to be announced in six months. Price is yet unknown but you here are the specs:
