Samyang released a new updated version of the current 85mm f/1.4 and 14mm f/2.8 manual focusing lenses. The lens now have a de-click option and weather sealing. You can read all details here:

Sigma issued a new firmware update for the 14-24mm f/2.8 FE lens:

[Benefit of the update]
・It has helped improve the camera’s Peripheral shading functionality to reduce vignetting.
・It has improved a rarely-occurring ‘blinking’ phenomenon during movie shooting.

Aurora Aperture’s next-generation rear mount filter is a revolutionary filter system for lenses that do not have a front filter thread or otherwise would require expensive large-diameter filters on an adapter.

Some ultra wide-angle lenses do not have a front filter thread. For these lenses, users would have to use either low-quality rear-mounted gel filters or use of a bulky filter adapter with massive front mounted filters that often come in sizes as large as 186mm.

The next rear generation rear mount filter system improves usability by using an innovative magnetic quick-release structure which eases installation and removal from the lens.

Hi Lows Note spotted a newly published Sony patent (Application date March 14, 2019). It describes the functionality of a new optical viewfinder.

Sony once had the FDA-V1K viewfinder for the RX1 which you can only find as used version on Amazon. And also a FDA-SV1 made for Sony A5xxx-A6xxx styled cameras:

The patented version has a more round design and it’s unclear if this new version will be made for a future new RX FF model or for a A6xxx styled camera.
