  1. You get the Sony A7II for 599 Euro only at Amazon Germany (Click here).
  2. You get the Sony A7rII for 1,333 Euro only at Amazon Germany (Click here).

This is a warning to all readers to not buy from that third party store! As noted by a SAR reader:

It is fraud, when the seller name includes the message that you have to contact before buy it is 99% fraud

(SR5) Here are the first images of the new Tamron SP 150-600mm F/5-6.3 Di USD G2 A-mount lens!

A trusted source sent me the first images of the new Tamron SP 150-600mm F/5-6.3 lens! There will be a version with VC (in lens stabilization) for Canon and Nikon and one without VC for Sony A-mount. The images leaked here are the VC version.
I don’t know what kind of optical improvements we can expect over the SP 150-600mm predecessor. But for sure the new version looks much more refined and very much of the same quality of their SP A-mount prime lens series.

That’s what Sony will announce tomorrow (Spoiler nothing A or E-mount)

FDR-3000

We got the list of products that will be announced tomorrow by Sony (September 1st at 1pm Berlin). The only camera they will announce is the Sony FDR X3000 4K action camera that got announced months ago in Japan only. For more E-mount and A-mount news we have to wait til the next Sony announcement scheduled for September 19 at 15:00 Berlin time.

So what else is going to be announced tomorrow? We have plenty of new audio products and here are the images via Thewalkmanblog:

EU readers: Annoyed by the Sony price increases? You can “risk” and save up to 800 Euro on imported versions

Share

[shoplink 50874 ebay]A7rII[/shoplink]

Sony increased the price on almost all cameras and lenses sold in Europe. The Sony A7rII for example costs 3.599 Euro :(

There is only one way to pay les and that’s to buy grey imported items from the UK stores Kachashop (Click here) and E-infinity (Click here). They do sell Sony stuff imported with 1 year seller warranty. The reason why you don’t have to pay import tax on those is that they use a well-known “trick”. They import the products from Hong Kong into the UK (There is a UK-Hong Kong agreement where you don’t pay import taxes). And in a second step the UK store sells it to all Europe where they have free access to the Open Market. Of course BREXIT could change this soon…

A couple of examples of how much you save:
800 Euro off on the Sony A7rII at [shoplink 50876 ebay]Kachashop (Click here)[/shoplink] and [shoplink 50874 ebay]E-infinity (Click here)[/shoplink].
320 Euro off on the Sony 85mm GM at [shoplink 50877 ebay]Kachashop (Click here)[/shoplink] and [shoplink 50878 ebay]E-infinity (Click here)[/shoplink].
400 Euro off on the Sony 24-70mm GM at [shoplink 50880 ebay]Kachashop (Click here)[/shoplink] and [shoplink 50879 ebay]E-infinity (Click here)[/shoplink].

The “risk” is that you have to give up the regular 2 year Sony EU warranty for a 1 year seller warranty. OS it’s up to you if saving a lot of money is worth it!
