About those rumors: I have no idea who sent them and 90% of the times they turn out to be wrong. But, it happened in the past that a couple of those were right. Sony ‘s second 8K Full Frame E-Mount camera will be the alpha 7S IV, then is the alpha 7R V.
So the alpha 7S IV will be a 40+ megapixels camera with same extreme High-ISO performance as alpha 7S III.
It added XAVC HS/S 8K 10bit 4:2:2 and XAVC SI 10bit 4:2:2 in 8K.
This Camera can output Full Frame 8K up to 30p, Full Frame/Super 35mm Oversampled 4K up to 60p, Full Frame Pixel-Binning 4K up to 120p. The video quality of alpha 7S IV in 4K can be higher than alpha 1.

Delkin about to launch their cheaper alternative to the Sony CFexpress Type A cards
Both the new A7sIII ad A1 cameras can use the new CFexpress Type A cards. And in future the A7rIV, A9III and maybe even the A7IV will be able to use those. The only issue so far is that these cards are only sold by Sony with a heavy price tag at Amazon and BHphoto.
So it’s good news to learn that Delkin will soon announce their new Type A cards! Still no info about availability or price yet…but at least we now got this image.
