1) You can submit one single picture per week only.
2) To submit your picture for the weekly readers roundup post you can choose one of the following three options:
– Instagram: Follow @sonyalphagallery and tag us on your picture to give us the permission to repost your image on the instagram gallery and on SAR (we will credit you)
– Facebook: Submit your picture on our group: facebook.com/groups/sonyalphacamera. Please add the hashtag “#sonyalphagallery ” to grant the permission for reposting on SAR. Without the hashtag we will not add your picture!
– Forum: Submit your picture on the SonyAlphaForum image section and add the hashtag “#sonyalphagallery ”
3) Like and comment the pictures from other readers here: instagram.com/sonyalphagallery, facebook.com/groups/sonyalphacamera and on SonyAlphaForum.
4) A selection of most liked pictures by the community and by me SAR admin will be posted weekly on SAR.

Tokina SZ SUPER TELE 500mm F8 Reflex MF is a 500mm super tele lens that adopts catadioptric type optical design with a constant F8 aperture. Keeping in mind active travel photographers that seek outdoor landscape, wild nature or birds, the 500mm F8 Reflex MF is designed as a compact and lightweight mirror lens – a type of lens to be rediscovered in this new era of also compact but high-tech mirrorless cameras. The Tokina SZ SUPER TELE 500mm F8 Reflex MF adopts a T-mount standard (pitch 0.75mm, thread 42mm) that allows the lens to be attached to any camera by using mount adapters.

First rumors about possible unexpected Sony camera surprise…

I told you a couple of times that for sure this year we will get the A7RV and A9III. Both cameras will be on market for the second half of the year only due the worldwide sensor chip shortage. But last in December I also started to get some “hints” about unexpected new E-mount gear. And now that I got the same “hint” from three different sources I will share with you what this is about:

Basically there is a chance that Sony might introduce something “different” and “new”. Not a successor of a current existing camera. The sources didn’t tell me what this might be. So don’t read too much into it for now. The last time we rumored about something “new” we got the Sony A7C that didn’t really meet the high expectations. I hope to get more info about this model soon…
