The official Sony.net site removed the Sony A99 from their product page. We have to see if that’s just a “mistake” or if Sony really discontinued the camera. It will be interesting to see if Sony Tokyo will decide to release the long due new A99II or not. Because so far from what I heard the A99II development has finished. But Sony Tokyo is evaluating if there is still a demand for such a camera or not.

Also a plus that you can view the timelapse results without constantly scrolling a wheel or dial. Combined with the AC adapter, I just set it and left it.”
